Mikhail Story

Mikhail's career in Real estate started in 1968 as a salesperson, by 1972 he owned and operated the highly successul Story and Foy Real Estate with offices in Mississauga and Toronto.

Expanding his career, he teamed up with his wife, Pia and has been a force with Royal Lepage since 2000. He has worked with American Sales masters honing his skills as a realtor and trainer.

Past vice president of the Mississauga Real Estate board and multi-award winner for Royal Lepage he has used his success to help give his clients exceptional, personalized service.

MIkhail has worked with builders, renovators, international entreprenurs as well as individual property buyers and sellers and treats each one with the same passion and professionalism that he would treat a family member. His expertise and negotiating skills have not only helped individual home owners, but he has been involved with the sale of office buildings, shopping plazas and land development sites for sub-divisions. His sales extend from Toronto to Burlington, with Mississauga and Oakville in the middle. Mikhail has been instrumental in major company moves as well assisting his clients to relocate from places across Canada to as far away as Europe and the Caribbean.

Mikhail's success is a direct result of his passion and care to treat each prospective client as he would like to be treated himself. Together with his wife and partner, Pia, they provide an intensive marketing approach to help each one of his clients and team members to obtain the best possible results.

Kathy Skakun

Born and raised in Mississauga, Kathy is a proactive member of the community, involved in a variety of charity fundraising initiatives and organizations. Kathy always knew she wanted to follow in the footsteps of her father and become a Realtor. In 2005 she began her tenure with Royal LePage. Kathy is highly regarded for her dedication, integrety and a business ethic that is exemplary. She is comprehensive , care driven and brings a positive energy to the Story Team.

Pierre Story

Pierre's expertise extends through a large area of Southern Ontario; having build a solid business model on referral and repeat clients.

Strengths include experience in resale homes and condominiums, recreational and waterfront properties, and a variety of commercial applications.

A full-time licensed Realtor since 2012, with career sales and negotiating experience spanning more than twenty years, Pierre's approach puts emphasis on time-tested personal service customized to each individual client.
