Expanding his career, he teamed up with his wife, Pia and has been a force with Royal Lepage since 2000. He has worked with American Sales masters honing his skills as a realtor and trainer.

MIkhail has worked with builders, renovators, international entreprenurs as well as individual property buyers and sellers and treats each one with the same passion and professionalism that he would treat a family member. His expertise and negotiating skills have not only helped individual home owners, but he has been involved with the sale of office buildings, shopping plazas and land development sites for sub-divisions. His sales extend from Toronto to Burlington, with Mississauga and Oakville in the middle. Pia's career in Real Estate began back in 1979 as a second career after spending 5 years in the commercial banking industry in Sweden and Switzerland. This achievement has been nurtured through past years of experience in the fields of interior design and home renovation. Pia has a solid reputation of integrity, energy and strong negotiation skills, and she has mastered together with Mikhail to market high end homes as well as expanding her knowledge for Interior design thru secondary education.
